Community Service: (20 hours by April 1 of senior year)
Begin looking at college options.
 
Graduation Requirements:

 
Total – 28 credits 
 
Calhoun Area Career Center (CACC)  Junior and Senior Years.  Students attend in afternoon.  Students are bussed to and from Battle Creek. Students earn 4 elective credits per year. CACC presentations in November.  10th grade visits in February. 
 
Dual Enrollment:
 Olivet College, Kellogg Community College or Lansing Community College.    One class per semester during junior year.   Two classes per semester during senior year.    Grade of C- or higher may be recorded directly or as a G (credit) on the high school transcript.    Grade below C- will be recorded directly on the transcript.    Student/parent is financially responsible to reimburse Olivet Community Schools if the student fails the class or withdraws after the drop period.
   
Career Cruising (Career Assessment):  Interests and Abilities  Education  Future Planning 
 Practice for ACT.  Individual student report gives feedback.   Teachers/students will use results for improvement prior to ACT.
